Refund and Replacement Policy

At Intelligible we make sure all products are checked for quality, packed safely and delivered in condition.

Please read the following policy before ordering.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on products. All sales are final.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacement in the cases:

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Product is faulty or not working properly

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share the following:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Unboxing video (required for damage claims)

conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • We will check the request with our quality team

  • If approved a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

We will give refunds in these cases:

  • Product is not available after ordering

  • Order is cancelled before sending

  • A damaged product's received and replacement is not possible

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method

  • It takes 7–10 working days after approval


For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds will be sent via bank transfer or UPI

We will not give refunds for:

  • Changing your mind after ordering

  • Misusing or mishandling the product

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel orders within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order is sent cancellation is not possible
