Please read the following policy before ordering.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns on products. All sales are final.
Exchange Policy
We offer replacement in the cases:

Product is damaged during delivery

Product is faulty or not working properly
To request a replacement:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share the following:

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Unboxing video (required for damage claims)

If approved a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
We will give refunds in these cases:

Product is not available after ordering

Order is cancelled before sending

A damaged product's received and replacement is not possible
Refund Process:

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method

It takes 7–10 working days after approval
For Cash on Delivery orders:

Refunds will be sent via bank transfer or UPI

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel orders within 2 hours of ordering. Once an order is sent cancellation is not possible
