At Intelligible we want to make sure your orders are packed securely and delivered on time.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are. Dispatched within 1-2 business days after you confirm your order.

  • Please note that during festivals or holidays campaigns or high sales it might take longer to process your order.

  • Also if something unexpected happens with our operations it might take longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Once we dispatch your order here's when you can expect it to arrive:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times can vary depending on how our courier partners are doing, how easy it is to get to your location and things that are outside of our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • We offer shipping across India.

  • During special promotions or limited-time offers we might charge for shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped we'll send you a confirmation via email. SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

Our courier partners usually try to deliver your order 2-3 times.

If they can't deliver it because:

  • The address is incorrect

  • You're not available

  • You refuse to accept the order

then the shipment will be returned to us.

If we re-dispatch your order you might have to pay extra.

7. Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that looks damaged or tampered with please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share the following:

  • Order ID

  • photos of the outer packaging and product

  • Unboxing video (if you have one)

After we verify we'll help you with a replacement or resolution as, per our internal policy.
