At Intelligible, we want to make sure that your orders are packed securely and delivered on time.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship across India using trusted logistic partners, except for certain situations and locations which might be beyond our control & access.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
● All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after your confirmed order & payment is received.
● Please note that during festivals, holidays or special campaign days it might take longer than usual to process your order.
● Also, in case of unexpected events or natural causes there could be delays in processing and delivery of orders.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once we dispatch your order here's when you can expect it to arrive:
● Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
● Non-Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
● Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times can vary and may depend on accuracy of your address and location or cases wherein things are beyond our control. In routine cases, the orders are delivered well in stipulated period of time.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer shipping across India except for certain situations and locations which might be beyond our control & access.
● During special promotions or limited-time offers there could be additional charges for shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a confirmation via Email or text message with a tracking link for you to monitor your shipment.
6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
Our courier partners usually try to deliver your order 2-3 times.
If they can't deliver it because:
● The address is incorrect
● You're not available
● You refuse to accept the order
then the shipment will be returned to us.
If the same is re-dispatched, additional freight charges may apply.
7. Tampered or damaged packages
If you receive a damaged or a tampered package, please inform us immediately within 5-6 hours of receiving the package with the following below details -
● Order ID
● Photos of the outer packaging and product
● Unboxing video
After the verification we'll assist you with a replacement or resolution as per internal policy.
