●  All refunds against a cancelled order shall be made as per the refund policy. The order cannot be cancelled once shipped.

The liability of the company cannot exceed more than the MRP (maximum retail price) of the product due to any manufacturing defect found valid (if the product is not serviceable). However, the company is not responsible for the below clauses -
